KIDNEY.7 ACUPUNCTURE POINT

Kidney.7 or Fuliu in Chinese and Returning current in English is an Acupuncture point. In five elements it is used as a metal point and river point. It acts as a tonic to increase the available energy in the body.

As a metal point, it gives structure and firmness to the kidneys, which helps in strengthening willpower, reducing fear, stopping excessive sweating, and reducing discharges or leakages of urine and semen.

Kidney.7 can be combined with LI.4 and ST.36 Acupuncture points when there is excessive sweating during physical activity due to low energy.

When energy is not firm there will be a lack of perseverance, ambition, motivation, and determination. The person is weak and spineless with no energy to achieve goals.

A very good point for urinary problems like recurring urinary tract infections, retention or incontinence. There is depression with mental and physical exhaustion and burnout. The person is not able to concentrate. Also a good point for leucorrhoea.

  LUNG.5 also known as Chize in Chinese, and In English it is called Cubit Marsh. It is a water point of the lung channel and is used to cool heat, tonify yin and moisten dryness. On physical level it can treat - Pneumonia, tonsilitis acute bronchitis, and asthma either due to lung heat, phlegm heat, or deficient yin.   THE HEALING TOUCH In Acupressure treatment, there are several ways to stimulate an Acupuncture/Acupressure point, but the most simple and effective technique is the thumb rule of using the thumb and index/middle fingers. Simply holding or pressing the point by thumb or index/middle finger is enough to connect with the energy most efficiently.
